no refunds if: you got it locked, you got scammed for it, you don't like the username/items, just want a refund randomly when nothing is wrong with it, you didn't make sure to record a video while your transaction is pending and record yourself logging in everything so i know youre not lying to me when you say stuff is invalid (happened multiple times before)
